Abstract- Flow electrification of water produced by melting ice is made for tap water with different concentration of acid (CH3COOH) and alkali (NaOH). First, theoretical analysis for liquid flowing past a vertical plane and as well for flow electrification of liquid flowing past a planar surface are given. Then, the experimental setup and the experiments are shown. Finally, analysis, discussions and conclusions are given.

Keywords- Flow electrification, melting ice
